Michael is the head of Redlands Takemusu Kai branch and is a 5th Dan Shihan with a wealth of experience. He believes that Aikido is a way of purifying mind, body and spirit and his teaching embodies this, guiding his students to be more focused and present in their bodies and to use their Aikido practice to foster and expand their lives.
